Criminal Defense
Immortal Perfection Law has a dedicated section that handles all criminal cases from misdemeanors to felonies, these range from DUIs to strike felonies where many favorable outcomes of no jail time offers and simple sentencing, as well as striking strikes when incorrectly added to a charge. We also consult with and represent defendants eligible for SB1437 which applies to those already incarcerated for Felony Murder who can be shown to not be the actual killer in the event and can be released from prison regardless of a life sentence.
