Criminal Defense

Immortal Perfection Law has a dedicated section that handles all criminal cases from misdemeanors to felonies, these range from DUIs to strike felonies where many favorable outcomes of no jail time offers and simple sentencing, as well as striking strikes when incorrectly added to a charge. I also consult with and represent defendants eligible for SB1437 which applies to those already incarcerated for Felony Murder who can be shown they weren't the actual killer in the event and can be released from prison regardless of a life sentence. I know you or your loved one are facing stress and are worried about what the future may bring and luckily you have found my firm, where I aggressively fight for your freedom and against overcharges. I am talented, skilled and care which I have a proven track record for successfully representing clients by lowering and even dismissing charges, as many times you are facing an overcharged crime given the circumstances of your case that a public defender won't do anything for you. For example, if a person stole or vandalized something that was worth less than $950 but the police report states it was over $950, or even leaves the fact of its price out, and charges you with a felony rather than a misdemeanor, that is an overcharged offense. During a case like domestic violence involving children present during the occurrence, there may be a cross over case that occurs then with family law such that you are presented with the inability to spend time with your children due to a criminal protective order which affects child custody that were unforeseen by you and can also be fought against by me. A criminal protective order many times translates into a civil restraining order, usually domestic violence restraining orders which can last five years, and you must have proper private counsel so that your family life is not completely affected by the traumatic default outcome of not seeing your children from lacking attorney representation at your hearing such as using a public defender or an law office mill that churns out cases by sending appearance attorneys that do not care about you or your outcome which could put you in jail when you wouldn't have if you had competent, caring, aggressive attorney representation as myself. Based on my years and hundreds of case experience, I am adept to providing experience based and useful legal advice on what outcomes may be achieved once retained and a custom tailored personal consultation and review of where you are with your case as well as the best way to proceed whether as a result of a divorce or if you want to file a new case, such as for paternity if the parents were never married or revising a custody agreement if your case has been transferred from the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) or if you just want to change the custody agreement from the way it is. I let my clients know what to expect as I have had hundreds of different cases in all courts in Los Angeles and throughout California and am familiar with the many different nuances each case has. If you have been harassed and want to file a restraining order or have had a restraining order filed against you, I am experienced in presenting your case in court in a manner most favorable to you and having the judge reach an outcome as much as possible in your favor. Furthermore, if you have a bad faith insurance claim where you were told you were insured by an insurance company and they failed to insure you when the time came for their coverage, I fight vehemently with the insurance company for its failure to protect you with its coverage and leaving you neglected such that you pay for a claim personally or are left personally liable and exposed.
